GET $8,000 in FREE MONEY to BUY a NEW HOME

The Federal government just gave you 8,000 more reasons to buy a new home at Glenncrest. The new Federal stimulus package passed in February 2009 includes an $8,000 homebuyer tax credit for new homebuyers. This tax credit does not have to be repaid, and the money can be used to help toward closing costs on the purchase of a new home. There are more ways to use the tax credit than just on closing costs, and there are some limitations on who can take advantage of the program.
